The Adelaide Hills is full of beautiful views, an abundance of greenery and a lot of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy.

Beerenberg Family Farm 

What could be more fun than picking your own strawberries? Strawberry season is open from November to April each year. Strawberry picking is a great day out for the whole family. We promise these are bigger and juicier than the ones you find at the supermarket!

National Motor Museum 

If you think old cars are cool, the National Motor Museum at Birdwood is one to add to your list. From vintage models to new and shiny cars, this museum holds over 300 vehicles. There are also lots of interactive activities to enjoy.

Gorge Wildlife Park 

Gorge Wildlife Park in Cudlee Creek offers hours of wildlife enjoyment. Here you can get up close and personal to many native animals, including echidnas, kangaroos, koalas, and even Tasmanian Devils. They also have a variety of exotic animals. Make sure to head there around lunchtime to enjoy the picnic and BBQ facilities and stay for the Koala handling times!

Hahndorf Farm Barn 

Hahndorf Farm Barn is another wildlife park to add to your list, but this one is more of a children’s farmyard! Here you can hold, touch and feed most of the animals and find out how animals are born, grow and live on a farm.

Woodhouse Activity Centre 

Adventure awaits at Woodhouse Activity Centre! Let the kids burn off energy across the 54-hectare property. Make sure to try out Woody’s Challenge Hill, attempt Disc Golf, weave your way through the Labyrinth Maze, and more. It’s lots of fun!
