Children and young people need their parents, carers and mentors to be available to comfort and reassure them about COVID-19. In the event of another out break, we have developed guidelines for contact between Carers/Mentors and children, young people and their families.

Charter of Rights

The Charter of Rights for Children and Young People in Care
This Charter states simply and clearly the rights of children and young people who are under the guardianship or in the custody of the  Chief Executive of the Department for Child Protection.

Carer Training

We are delighted to be partnering with the Australian Institute of Social Relations (AISR), the registered training branch of Relationships Australia South Australia (RASA) to deliver training and information sessions for our volunteer carers and mentors.
