Leaving a gift in your Will is a personal decision

Leaving a gift in your Will can change the future for generations of South Australian children for the better.

Your legacy will have transformative effects on the lives of children and young people in need. It will provide them with the opportunity to thrive by helping build their self-esteem, confidence and resilience. And, in turn, shape their aspirations for the future.

Changing lives

By writing your Will you’re safeguarding the future of all those you care about whether they be family, friends, and/or the organisations in which you have a particular interest.

Wills can be complex and there are many ways of including a gift in your Will. We cannot provide you with specific legal advice, and we recommend you seek legal advice when making or updating your Will.

Suggested wording when considering including a gift in your Will to Time for Kids, a program of Relationships Australia SA

I give and bequeath, free of all duties or taxes, [the sum of $ … or … % or the whole/rest and residue*] of my estate to Relationships Australia South Australia Limited, ABN 19 119 188 500, PO Box 6054, Halifax Street, Adelaide SA 5000 for use in the Time for Kids program for its General Purposes (or specific purposes*), with the written acknowledgement of the Treasurer or other officer of the organisation to be accepted by my Executor/s as a full and complete discharge.

*delete whichever is inapplicable

If you have already included Time for Kids in your will or intend to do, please let us know so we can show our appreciation to you.
